Financial Aid Subsidy Application

ArtsBridge Foundation is committed to I.D.E.A. (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access) and ensuring students and schools in need have the capability to attend our high-quality arts education programs at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. Financial Aid Subsidy applications are evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis. It is our goal to serve as many students as possible; however, resources are limited; submission of this form DOES NOT guarantee Financial Aid Subsidy. ArtsBridge offers home school students and their parents ticket subsidy via a low admission price of $10 per person.

Please complete the following application if you are in need of a discounted $6 ticket price and/or transportation financial aid support. Every question in the application below must be answered for financial aid subsidy consideration; put "N/A" if not applicable.

    Please include information for reaching primary contact, e.g. Teacher, Administrator, etc.

  • Ticket Admissions Financial Aid

  • Bus Transportation Financial Aid

    If you are selected to receive bus transportation financial Aid Subsidy, ArtsBridge Foundation will reimburse the cost upon receipt of an invoice and W-9; payment will then be issued within three weeks.
  • Financial aid is provided for schools that have no other resources for funding Field Trip participation. Please help us assist other schools in need by leveraging every dollar possible from your school community. Please note that Financial Aid Subsidy is subject to availability and may be revoked if a recipient misrepresents financial need and/or violates ArtsBridge policy. Submission of this form DOES NOT guarantee financial assistance in any way.
