Field Trip Registration & Financial Aid Subsidy Application

All registrants must fill out the Field Trip Registration form to attend ArtsBridge Field Trips. Registrants who do not qualify for financial aid assistance (do not have Title I designation) can then hit the “SUBMIT” button. Registrants in need of financial aid assistance must first fill out the Field Trip Registration form and then continue on to fill out the Financial Aid Subsidy Application before hitting “SUBMIT;” more subsidy information is provided in the application below.

This section is to be completed only by those Title I schools (or community organizations) who qualify for need-based financial aid subsidy. ArtsBridge Foundation is committed to I.D.E.A. (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access) and ensuring that all students and schools have access to quality arts education programs. Financial Aid applications are evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis. It is our goal to serve as many students as possible; however, resources are limited. Submission of this form DOES NOT GUARANTEE the granting of a financial aid subsidy amount. Please provide a response to ALL the questions below if you are in need of a partially subsidized $6 ticket, or a fully subsidized $0 admission ticket (REGULAR PRICE $10/person), and/or financial aid support for bus transportation.
