Thank you for your interest in attending a field trip at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre!

Please fill out the following Field Trip Registration Form so that we may make a reservation on your behalf for the field trips selected. Submission of this form will result in an invoice being sent to the email address or physical address provided. Payment for the field trip must be received 4 weeks prior to the field trip unless a special accommodation has been requested.
